UK Performance Restoration LTD require no deposit but ask that each individual contract is settled upon completion to your satisfaction.

All payments are made during progress of the works
(ie.when brick cleaning is completed payment is required then when repointing is finished payment is required, etc).

Should there be any additional works,previous invoices will have to be settled prior to commencement.
